I dont think so.It is 2.5-hour, closed-book, computer-based test consisting of 110 multiple-choice questions. It covers six core areas: Professionalism (10%), Ethics (20%), Professional Practice (30%), Law (20%), Professional Law (10%), and Regulation (10%).
@Tego. Sorry to hear about your NPPE result. Did you attempt some multiple choice quizzes before the exam. I am preparing mine through some quizzes from this website and also from the books. I try to time a quiz so that I can feel the time pressure to answer a question.
John, there are a few books on ethics and engineering law. Did you consult those. If you purchase used books, sometimes they have very useful highlighted text from previous candidate. That can become a great cheat sheet for you. Good luck with the exams and let us know how it goes. Mine is coming up in a few months
